It facilitates data-sharing agreements and smart contracts between Transport Service Providers (TSPs) like airports, airlines, and railway operators. SIGN-AIR enables seamless collaboration through mechanisms to plan, negotiate, and improve transport operations, benefiting passengers with optimized door-to-door travel, single ticketing, and re-accommodation in case of disruptions. Blockchain ensures secure agreements, enhancing efficiency, sustainability, and passenger satisfaction.

IP4MaaS: Shift2Rail IP4 to support the deployment of Mobility as a Service

The IP4MaaS project, funded by the EU’s Horizon 2020, aimed to enhance the adoption of Mobility as a Service (MaaS) by testing technologies from the Innovation Programme 4 (IP4) of Shift2Rail. CO-APS: Crowdsourced Obtention and Analytics of Data About the Crowding of Public Spaces for the Benefit of Public Transport and Mobility in Cities
